A personal trainer is available to discuss your fitness goals and
determine the appropriate training schedule to meet your goals.
Each one-hour session with your personal trainer will be another

During each 60-minute session, a personal trainer will work with
you to help you accomplish your fitness goals.
Private Lessons
We offer private lessons for those new and current students in karate, self-defense,
kickboxing, boxing, mixed martial arts (MMA), yoga, and general fitness. Private lessons are a great opportunity for
current students to enhance their training and skills. For new students, private lessons
can be scheduled around your hectic schedule and can be catered to your personal fitness
goals.
Private lessons can be scheduled at your convenience. Instructors can be available at
our facility in Catasauqua or can come to you for your private lessons. To schedule a
