

Hammer Training & Fitness (formerly LVIRK Training Center) is a certified USA Boxing facility. We offer an open gym package where boxers, kickboxers, mixed martial arts fighters, and anyone can train in the boxing ring, workout on heavy bags, and lift weights. Fighters may inquire about our on-staff Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts trainers or can bring their own trainer. Amateur and professional boxers, kickboxers, and mixed martial arts fighters are welcome to use the facility to train. Our boxing, kickboxing, and MMA trainers have years of experience training local fighters. Boxing, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts training will increase your stamina, develop your reflexes, and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
The bag room at Hammer Training & Fitness (formerly LVIRK Training Center) is equipped with everything a fighter needs. We have speed bags to work on your hand eye coordination and hand speed. We have a double ended ball to work on ducking and punching. We also have standard heavy bags to work on your techniques and get a good cardiovascular workout. The Body Opponent Bag (B.O.B.), a free standing heavy bag in the shape of a man's upper torso, can be used for targeting practice. Our bag room also has supply of jump ropes, medicine balls, and weighted bars for your training.
The weight room at Hammer Training & Fitness (formerly LVIRK Training Center) has equipment to work each muscle group in your body. We have dumbbells ranging from 3 pounds up to 100 pounds to workout your arms. In addition to the dumbbells, our weight room is equipped with a free weight bench with weights up to 1000 pounds and a universal machine that supports several arm press exercises. A dipping and pull up station is also available to work on your arm strength. To strengthen your leg muscles, we have a squat machine and a universal machine with several leg exercises on it. If you need to increase your stamina and build up your cardio, our weight room also has a treadmill, an elliptical, and recumbent bicycles.
